My Story

My life has been full of transitions, explorations, gifts, and hardships—just like most of us. I’ve grown from them all.

My journey didn’t unfold according to any plan, and my current work wasn’t a goal I set ten years ago. But I am deeply grateful for where it has led me.

I am a steward, coach, and facilitator. I love working with people, groups, and teams who are committed to becoming exceptionally conscious leaders and beings. And I love working with nature.

One of my most cherished past careers was as a professional landscape designer. The skills I developed then—observing patterns, nurturing growth, and creating harmony—still align with and support my coaching work today. Lessons, insights, and connections often thread together in unexpected ways.

My experience spans business development, sales, program management, and team leadership. These experiences naturally led me to my work as a life, leadership, developmental, Enneagram, and systems coach. As an entrepreneur, I’ve founded several businesses and currently co-own and steward Bend of Ivy Lodge, a nature-focused retreat center.

I also worked in academia, managing programs and processes at UNC-Chapel Hill, before taking the leap to follow a new calling with Intentional Growth LLC.

I coach leaders, entrepreneurs, business owners, change agents, coaches, and wisdom explorers. My work focuses on cultivating self-awareness, inner growth, presence, resilience, and leadership capacities for navigating complexity and uncertainty.

Nature As A Guide

Nature is an incredible teacher. It provides a generative space for reflection, growth, and transformation. That’s what Bend of Ivy Lodge offers—a space for clients to step away, reset, and deepen their work.

Bend of Ivy Lodge is part of Intentional Growth LLC (IG), a business I co-own and steward. As an entrepreneur, CEO, and leader, I understand the realities of running a business, managing teams, and creating sustainable growth.

Who I Am

I wear many hats:

  • Wife, mom, mom-in-law, grandma, daughter, sister, colleague, leader, and friend

  • Speaker, author, coach, facilitator, business owner, landscape designer, CEO, and animal lover (I adore dogs, goats, and turtles!)

My Coaching Approach

My work is a blend of science and ancient wisdom. I help clients:
Expand self-awareness, presence, and well-being
Lead and live well—sustainably, with time, energy, and resources
Explore purpose, clarity, transitions, and deeper self-awareness
Create a meaningful and intentional life
Grow their understanding of the Enneagram

I work with individuals, teams, startups, non-profits, and large organizations. I’m also a leadership coach for UNC’s BRIDGES program, a women's leadership initiative.

My Purpose

I coach those who are curious, ready, and willing to grow. Those seeking greater awareness, clarity, voice, decision-making, and purpose. Those wanting to live and lead with authenticity, intention, and impact.

I love supporting clients who are ready for deep transformation—those who want to manifest meaningful change and step fully into their gifts.

So, what’s calling you? What within you is ready to be awakened, explored, created, or transformed?

As the beloved Mary Oliver wrote:
"Tell me, what is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?"
